Home Watch

For a flat rate of $30 a month, ARMA provides basic residential reporting and inspection services for your Seasonal Property.

As part of this service an ARMA technician visits your home on a monthly basis to inspect for any unforeseen problems. Property owners are sent a full inspection report at the beginning of each month, that describes the condition of the following:

• Key Mechanical Systems
• Structural / Roof Conditions
• Pest Infestation
• Verify Exterior Lawn / Shrub Condition
• General Exterior Property Condition (including docks/decks etc.)
• Service work that was done to confirm to billing (ie: plowing, landscaping, etc.)

If a problem is found, the property owner is contacted immediately with a report on the potential problem. At the request of the owner ARMA will manage the repair, Quoting out the work to 3 - 4 local contractors (if ARMA can do the work, they will be a bidder), obtaining final approval from home owner, handling the billing, scheduling the work to be done and verifying that it was done right.

This cost is 10% added to the cost of the service contracted. If the home owner (after recieving the bids) wishes to forgo this service, and the contractors bid to do the work, the home owner is not charged.
