Duties include lawn care, snow removal, carpentry, electrical, painting, and other home maintenance necessities, all in with the codes set by OMRDD. ARMA provides insurance coverage for current and future maintenance projects, including but not limited to General Liability, and Workman's Comp. ARMA also provides background checks, A/P, and monthly maintenance reports.
